Nathalie is a holistic health advocate, Reiki Master Practitioner, light worker and author based in Brooklyn, New York.
Nathalie has spent years serving her community alongside fellow plant-based culinary artists, influencers, and light workers through food, and sharing critical information on various social platforms.
Along this journey, she have also been led to offer energy healing, spiritual community upliftment events, as well as handcraft metaphysical tools to lend spiritual assistance to those who feel called to work with it.

Dakotah is an artist, meditation guide, transpersonal art therapist, and wellness advocate committed to supporting others in experiencing the benefits of creativity and mindfulness.
Dakotah has spent years passionately holding space for her fellow humans. Inside and outside of the clinical sphere, Dakotah finds her purpose in actively supporting individuals of all ages from a variety of backgrounds.
With a Masters in Clinical Mental Health with a concentration of Transpersonal Art Therapy from Naropa University, Dakotah has the training she needs to use creativity and mindfulness to holistically support individuals, as well as bring insights and clarity to their day-to-day experience.
As a Gratitude Circle Leader, Dakotah combines her training and passions in order to create a container that feels casual, comfortable, and connected.

nwaọ is a Nigerian-American, queer and agender multi-disciplinary artist and archivist.
Their work is a critical analysis and reimagining of Black physical and spiritual being within African historical and cultural contexts. nwaọ drives conversations about queerness and gender identity within the collective, cultural, and contemporary memory of the African Diaspora.
They are a 2020 Bakanal de Afrique Artist Fellow and a 2020 Kolaj Institute Collage Lab Artist. nwaọ is the former bassist for the band Something African.

I am a 200 hr Certified Yoga Teacher, dog mom, and military spouse.
In my free time, you can find me teaching or practicing yoga, reading, or spending time with loved ones.

Sara Metzger

Sara Metzger is an ACC, ICF-accredited personal development coach, and founder of Vista Coaching. She has trained in Presence-Based Coaching, Somatic and Resilience Work, and has a daily gratitude practice. Being part of the Waveflow team will allow Sara to help spread gratitude ripples in the world!
Her work focuses on self-awareness, personal strengths, Polarity Thinking, and recognizing inner wisdom. She employs humor, curiosity, and non-judgment as she teams up with her clients empowering them to move from transition to transformation.
Sara is a retired educator and mother of two in the mountains of Western NC. She enjoys time at the gym, being with family and friends, and enjoying the mountains around her. Sara feels happiest when she can be by the ocean!

Kyla Hilboldt

Kyla created Waveflow to empower people to practice gratitude everyday.
After an early start as an investment banker, Kyla shifted to the health and wellness space. During her long tenure at SoulCycle she pioneered a variety of strategy & operations initiatives, including the launch of SoulCycle’s digital at-home bike. At FORME she helped create the retail infrastructure and support experiential marketing.
Becoming a Mom changed her life, and prompted the creation of Waveflow to build a new space for people to look inward while connecting with a community and having FUN!
When she isn’t journaling with Waveflow, you can find her at yoga, exploring the Bay Area’s trails, or at the beach.
